Functions of Communications and Local Institutional Relations Department
Communications and Local Institutional Relations Department supervises and assesses public attitudes, and maintaining mutual relations and understanding between an organization and its public. It improves channels of communication and to institute new ways of setting up a two-way flow of information and understanding.
  1. Guest Relations

    Guest reception activities
    Preparing visit agenda and other visit related matters
    Conducting university tours
    Preparing brochures, tour guides, and other guest-related communications materials
    Preparing gift items for the visitors
    Providing hospitality services
  2. Publications

    Preparing and publishing materials for public
    Helping out other departments to promote and publish event announcements and other event related advertisement materials
  3. Marketing Publicity

    Participating in exhibits and marketing events
    Organizing marketing events
  4. Others

    Developing a good working climate for university
    Providing PR Services to other departments (organizing social events, providing gift items, and etc.)
    Organizing PMU events
    Building and managing relationships with other companies
