Colleges’ Action Plans

Each College will develop its own specific Research Action Plan, which addresses each of the key research strategic objectives. The Research Action Plans should reflect the discipline-specific nature of each College, and outline the best approach to support their particular research focus and activity.

Measuring the Success of the Research Strategy

PMU will measure the impact of the Research Strategy through identified Key Performance Indicators KPI’s. Each College will set annual targets and report their progress towards achieving the objectives in this research strategy.
